Wireless Router

I am having problems getting my wireless router and Eyebeam to work together.

When my internet is connected directly to the laptop, I have no problems with eyebeam. However, when using the router, I get a 408 time error. This is frustrating as we have to keep connecting and disconnecting from the wireless router every time we want to use the application. I am currently using a linksys Dual-N Band Wireless Router. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Come to the router web-interface and check all the NAT options.
Also use STUN server to connect to the SIP provider.
