Hi
we do have the same problem with the bria.

Does somebody now where to fine the inactivity timer in the bria configuration?

Sorry, I know this is the eyeBeam forum but a simular problem.
(admin)When it makes to much trouble please move to bria.

Thank you in advanced
Rolf

marvy wrote:Hi, I am having the same problems. We experience eyeBeam dropping the call after about 30 seconds of being on hold. Our work around is -

Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Call Inactivity -> (UNTICK) Automatically hang up calls after xxx seconds of inactivity.

Changing the xxx to any other value makes no change, turning off the feature seems to fix the problem. I have an open issue with eyeBeam at the moment. If you have any further information from your site please post it here or forward it to support@counterpath....

Hi Rolf

In Bria you can disable the inactivity timer as follows:

Dial ***7469 (SEND)
inthe find box type inactivity
Find the line rtp:inactivity:timer_enabled
sset the value to 0

OK, then restart the app.
