E-mail is blank, cannot reset password

Hello, I see that there is no official support but hopefully somebody can help me out. I was having trouble accessing my account and it would not allow me to reset my email even though it was entered correctly and I did receive all of the welcome emails from SoftPhone.com

I finally gained access to my account by guessing old passwords and can see on the account page that the entry for my email address is blank. It does not give me an option to edit/add my email address. Is this a known glitch?
